Returns Policy

Our returns, refunds and exchange policies apply only to those products sold by T.L. Recordings which are listed on the Healthy Audio and IBS Audio program 100 websites..

Damaged or Defective Goods

T.L. Recordings will gladly exchange damaged or defective items. We will not replace, exchange, or refund any items that have been intentionally misused, corrupted or tampered with in any way. Refunds and returns are not available for opened items.

To exchange a defective item, wrap the package securely with your receipt and note the defect and ship to the nearest T.L.Recordings address. Include only the defective item needing to be replaced. A new replacement component will be shipped to you.

Returned Items

Within 30 days of delivery, you may return any UNOPENED item in good condition for a full refund (minus shipping and handling charges). Please include your receipt. Ship to the nearest T.L. Recordings address. You will be notified via timelineservices@aol.com or postal mail of your refund when item has been received and processed. Refunds will be made in the same form as your original purchase payment and should be expected within 7 to 14 business days upon receipt of your return. Please note that we can refund shipping and handling costs only if the return is a result of our error. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 10% of the purchase price to cover administration and handling charges.

Unopened damaged goods

Unopened damaged goods will be exchanged and we will return your shipping & handling charges.

Order Errors

If your return was a result of our shipping error and you did not receive the correct title (s) ordered, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost of the returned item (s), and ship the correct title (s) to you upon receipt of your return. Please include your receipt with your return.
